Terms of Service

Conditions for purchasing and using Streamline Advisory’s $999 AI Opportunity Assessment.

1. Agreement and authority

By purchasing or using the service, the customer confirms that they are at least 18 years old, have authority to act for the named business, and agree to the final terms presented at checkout.

2. The AI Opportunity Assessment

The standard $999 assessment includes a 60-minute guided discovery session; review of one agreed business area; current-process and bottleneck analysis; prioritized opportunities; one detailed recommendation and a viable alternative; a practical pilot plan; a consolidated written roadmap; and a 30-minute recommendations-review call.

Implementation, software licenses, managed services, and ongoing support are not included unless separately agreed in writing.

3. Price, payment, and scheduling

The standard fee is $999 through the secure checkout method displayed on the website. The service is one-time and does not renew automatically. Purchase reserves capacity but does not guarantee an appointment until scheduling is confirmed.

4. Delivery

The five-business-day delivery period begins after discovery and after Streamline receives the information reasonably needed. Customer delay, incomplete information, scope changes, events outside reasonable control, or agreed adjustments may extend the date.

5. Customer responsibilities

  • Provide accurate information and reasonable cooperation.
  • Participate in scheduled discovery and review sessions.
  • Avoid sending passwords, authentication codes, unnecessary regulated data, or information the customer cannot share.
  • Independently evaluate and approve recommendations before acting.

6. Advisory nature and no guarantee

Recommendations rely on available information, assumptions, and professional judgment. Streamline does not guarantee savings, revenue, business performance, software behavior, regulatory outcomes, or fitness for a particular purpose. The service is not legal, tax, accounting, investment, medical, employment, or certification advice.

7. Third-party products

Streamline does not control third-party availability, pricing, security, performance, terms, or future changes. A reference does not imply sponsorship or endorsement unless expressly disclosed.

8. Confidentiality and ownership

Each party will use reasonable care with nonpublic information. The customer retains its materials. Streamline retains its pre-existing methods, templates, frameworks, know-how, and general tools. After full payment, the customer may use the final roadmap internally but may not resell it as its own commercial service.

9. Cancellations and refunds

Scheduling changes, cancellations, missed appointments, and refund requests are governed by the Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy presented at checkout.

10. Liability, governing law, and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Venue for any dispute is in Virginia.
